jamie oliver's roast chicken @ best friend's place

last night, my best gal friend cooked up a storm for me. using her favourite chef, jamie oliver's roast chicken recipe, it turned out better than what she hoped :) successful! that's what she said. to me, visual itself says it all. it's not just about eating a very expensive looking meal, it's the bonding and quality time i truly value.


poor gal, who ended up having a bad gastric case, which after resting for awhile, she's back in business. back in the kitchen, doing what she loves. making parfait dessert for me. aaah....the cost of the meal? priceless

lots of rosemary herbs, celery, carrots, mushroom, potatoes, slice of bacon for added taste, lemon rub....lemony lemony

perfection to the taste. oh i forgot, 1 more ingredient...a big spoonful of love

absolutely love the pumpkin soup, with small chicken bites and a dash of lemony taste.
