a new beginning

after a 3 months resignation period, i am now officially unemployed, or rather i like to call, self-employed :) it's a rather appropriate term, considering i like to embark on doing something on my own. i have never had a creative or business mind, nor be it, strategic thinking for big profit making. i am a simple minded lady, with strong intentions to pursue topics of interests (this is so that i will not lose interest in whatever i am pursuing), alas, this will also mean that i may not be making big profits from whatever i am venturing. which, by faith in God, He will bless and favour me highly in whatever i do :)

   





so, besides taking up a part time employment, i hope to have time to sell my wall stickers (please visit http://thedecopage.blogspot.com ) as well, recently i've developed a keen eye on organising bazaars and flea markets. afterall, this stems from a best gal friend who laments to me, she has to get rid of all her unused stuff. there are so many people like her who wants to rid good condition stuff, but has never thought of the avenue to do it, or rather lazy to do it. in the end, they just give it away. why not make a little money out of it, right?

fun deco sticker

i got too much time on my hands recently that while browsing through DHgate.com, i bumped into some home deco wall stickers, which look pretty interesting, as it amazingly transform a blank wall to a gorgeous feature wall with easy stick on instructions, not to mention, at a low cost too. no need to spend big on re-papering the entire wall for the sake of some nice motives. 

after making the order, which was shipped on a saturday, i expected the parcel to arrive after 2weeks, and to my greatest delight, it came within 5days!! first time i layed eyes on this parcel, i knew what it was, my excitement and curiosity had to be tamed, as i didn't want to spend the rest of the night (probably till midnight) going through it. so, this are some of the designs in my collection, selling at RM25 each. loving them all.
